One of the easiest ways to treat arthritis is by using aspirin. You can get it for a few bucks over the counter, and if you are more sensitive, you can of course get what has been called baby aspirin. It makes your life easier in general terms, and frankly it’s not such a horrible thing. They have also said in some commercials that it protects the heart, though I’m not sure about that.
In terms of arthritis, it can relieve the pain now by reducing inflammation immediately. It won’t rebuild the joints, and you will have to keep taking it. Don’t abuse it, take only the dose that is recommended frankly. Too much aspirin could actually damage your body and give you other problems that you didn’t actually have to deal with before. But if you can keep it under control this way, it can help you, especially if you are simultaneously taking something like chondroitin and glucosamine, which would rebuild the joints over time. That would be approaching it both from pain relief now and pain relief now by rebuilding things in general. This is really the best way to go. But despite its cheapness and simplicity which could fool some to go against it, it can actually be quite useful.
